Temperd glass for curtain wall
It is made of two or more than two pieces of glass between which a space with certain width is partitioned by aluminum frame filled with highly efficient molecular absorbent. The edge of insulating glass is sealed by high strength sealing sealants. Double sealing must be used. Butyl should be used for the first sealing, polysulfide rubber or silicon structural sealants should be chosen accoding to glazing manner.
We choose the materials seriously in order to ensure the high quality of our products.
- We choose float glass from AGC Company, which is the biggest float glass manufacturer in the world.
- Sait-gobain of France provides huaying the off-line soft low-e glass which owns the low U value and high reflectance.
- For Laminated glass, we use the PVB film from Trosifol and also Saflex.
- For insulating glass, according to the different orders, our company offers the aluminum strip and also warm-edge spacer and TPS production.
- We filled the glass with 3A desiccant in order to guarantee the moisture resistance.
- At the same time, we charge more than 95% of Argon in the glass spacer.
- Tow seals: Butyl from Kommerling and polysulfide from Kommerling and Zhengzhou Zhongyuan company.
The other reason for the rapid development and good reputation of our company is that huaying owns the best equipments of the whole northeast of China, no matter on quantity or quality.
- There are two automatic cutting machines from Italy. They are high performance, and totally controlled by computer. Huge output, high efficiency and tiny error are the features of them.
- The automatic first-arring machine we purchased from Bystronic (Germany). And its production cycle time is about 200pcs/h.
- We also own the only two maching centers in the northeast of China. They can finish many complicated edging work.
- Some double and single edging machines, beveler and water-jet cutters. At the same time, huaying uses the deionized water in order to guarantee the cleanliness of glass.
- Our tempering furnaces can ensure the glass with high flatness. Huaying insists that perfect equipments are the base of the perfect goods. Our tempered furnance from temglass (Finland), which owns unique fan system, advanced heating and cooling system to ensure the quality of glass.
- Equipments for laminated glass: performer and autoclave. And there is an air cleaning and air conditioning system with normal temperature, low relative humidity for the laminated glass merging room in huaying glass.
- There are four production lines for insulating glass.
We have the only one double plate voltage IG line and TPS line in China which we bought from Bystronic. And their production cycle time is 600-700pcs/d.
