AS-800 AIR SHOWER is used by advanced  technology and micro-computer controller supplemented by imports of electrical goods, which are assembled in a new type of optical-electronic interlocked automatic wind blowing  leaching Room. They are widely used in micro-electronics, hospitals, pharmaceutical, biochemical products, food hygiene, fine chemicals, precision machinery, aerospace, and other production and research institutes, it is use to blowing the dust which may carried by body or attached by the carrying articles  away from  the clean room. At the same time, AIR SHOWER also plays a role in air illustrates, to prevents the unpurifed air from getting access to the cleanning region, it is a effective equipment for personal purification and proctecting the clean air from pollution .

The outdoor acrylic paint box of air shower is processed by cold-rolled steel sheet , the internal and the floor are maded by stainless steel plate, and the wind leaching Air Filtration System is assembled by Centrifugal fan , air pre-filters and high efficiency air filter. It has some features like: pleasing in appearance, compact structure, easy maintenance, simple operation, and it is using micro-computer controlled infrared probe,  can automatic wind leaching.

Principle 
The air in air shower first come through pre-filters then by the hydrostatic pressure centrifugal to fan box and then filtered by high efficiency filters, after that, the clean air from leaching room spray from  high-speed nozzles which angle can be adjusted, it can blowing the dust which may carried by body or attached by the carrying articles  away . the dust can go with the circulation airflow cycled again with the pre-filters, such cycles in order to achieve the purpose of wind leaching.
