DCM1 Series Moulded case Circuit Breaker
1. Application range of DCM1 series breaker:
DCM1 series MCCB applied to distribute the energy, protect the line and overload,
undervoltage and short citcuit of power at frequency 50Hz,rate voltage 690V,400V or less,rate current 630A Ac distribution network. Shell level’s rate current 400A also can be used for overload,undervoltage,short-circuit of motor, have isolating function.
2. Code and meaning DCM1 series breaker:
Note:
1) Distribution circuit breaker without any code, “2” represents protect the motor circuit breaker.
2) Handle direct operation without any code, “P”is motor operation, “Z”is for turning handle operation.
3) “L” for standard, “M” for relatively high type, “H” for high breaker type.
3. The Structural features of DCM1 series breaker:
DCM1 series circuit breaker adopts metal flow control technology (VJC),
current limiting performance is good, improvement points off ability greatly,
the arc extinguish chamber and static touch head, arc plate, improve the arcing ability,
arcing distance is short. On the transmission mechanism adopts double lock mechanism, reliable work,
resistance to vibration, the axis of rotation to the overall structure, good rigidity, deformation,
and the moving contact bridge is located in the transmission shaft, three-phase contact synchronization is good,
simple structure, is an ideal breaking structure high marks broken power circuit breaker.
