We will ship the products within 15 business days of receiving payment and print file.We will ship to all around the world using shipping in the delivery time; the samples will be transported by DHL, UPS, TNT & FEDEX within 3~5 days, the tracking number will be sent to you when your item ships. If you do not receive the email notice, please contact us ASAP. Express shipping is available, please email or call with any questions.

Replacement & Return Policy We gladly replace any defective merchandise or damage that is incurred during shipping your purchase to you. We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, and a credit may be refunded or applied to another one of our products. Our return policy does not apply to banner printing services. Please contact us if you have further questions about our return or replacement policy.
