Sure. We will need to charge for samples but Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

Q. How long is the production lead time? 

Normally it takes about 7-15 days, depending on the order quantity. 

Q. How can I know the freight charge? 

Normally, we use DHL, FEDEX, UPS or TNT to ship the goods. The cost is decided by the size or weight of the goods.

Q.. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI,CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.

1. All the goods are inspected before shipment.We could accept to return the goods if there is quality problem.

2.If you are not satisfied with the goods,but there is not quality problem,you still can exchange the items in one week and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your orders.In that case,the shipping and handling charges is not refundable and customer should be responsible for the charges of returning .
