PCB Assembly:
GYX has professional purchasers who are on the component market. Our factory is equipped with MPM solder paste printer, Samsung high-speed SMT mounter, YAMAHA high-speed SMT mounter, BTU reflow furnaces , AOI and a full set of lead-free equipments. We can deal with all kinds of integrated circuits such as SO, SOP, SOJ, TSOP, TSSOP, QFP, BGA and U-BGA.
Testing Service
GYX offers a full range of testing services. Including:
- AOI
- Fuction Testing
- In Circuit Testing
- X-Ray For BGA Testing
- 3D Paste Thickness Test
Each board is carefully examined by our dedicated inspection team using AOI and high magnification viewers.
Using our X-Ray machine, we test PCBs to component level and all wiring is fully inspected and tested.
Flash testing and earth bonding tests can also be undertaken where required.
