1. Thin Foam Rolls Product Characteristics:
Thin foam rolls are made from the natural latex foam, they are eco-friendly, anti-mite and anti-bacteria. They also have a good ventilation and high elasticity, which makes the latex shoes part fit to the arch of the foot perfectly, scatter the body's bearing capacity and remit the reacting force when walking or running.
Notices:
When using the thin foam rolls, we should pay attention to following aspects:
1. The natual latex foam itself has the ability of the solubility which is the same as the latex juice used for sticking. So please make sure to control the mucilage quantity when jointing and machining this product. Or the product may collapse, attenuate in the process of moulding;
2. The temperture of laminating machine should be set between 60~80 degrees in the process of charging and stirring;
3. Please be careful when packaging, or the products might generate yellowing,aging and other problems.
