2. Product Shown:
Latex foam rubber as widly used in making shoe insoles, safety gloves and mouse pad. It has a high elasticity and can rebound fastly.
Notices:
When using the latex foam rubber, we should pay attention to following aspects:
1. The foam rubber itself has the ability of the solubility which is the same as the latex juice used for sticking. So please make sure to control the mucilage quantity when jointing and machining this product. Or the product may collapse, attenuate in the process of moulding;
2. The temperture of laminating machine should be set between 60~80 degrees in the process of charging and stirring;
3. Please be careful when packaging, or the products might generate yellowing,aging and other problems.
3. Package& Shipping:
Latex foam rubber regularly packed with double black PE bag with marks for container; Sometimes, it also can be packed with non-woven bag for bulk cargoes.
Generally, foam rubbers are packed into roll. the roll length is determined by the thickness of the foam rubber.
Rolled foam rubber:
about 50 yards per roll for thickness 2mm;
about 40 yards per roll for thickness 3mm;
about 30 yards per roll for thickness 4mm;
about 20 yards per roll for thickness 5mm;
