ZLP series suspended power platform have been widely used in the refurbishing of outer wall construction, installing of curtain wall , maintaining cleaning of mansions.

(1) Platform
Platform is the working place, consist of high balustrade, low balustrade, bottom plate,
hoist mounting deck connected with bolt.
(2) Hoist mechanism
Hoist is the motor of suspended platform, adopted electric climbing principle.
Hoist is driven by electric regenerative braking and threephase asynchronous motor,
starting through turbine & worm and gear reducer, with steel rope climbing, hoist works
up and down following the rope, so keep the platform up and down.
(3) Safety lock
Safety lock is the protection equipment. When the platform goes acclivitous, or ropes
are broken off and falling, the safety locks will lock the wire ropes automatically and
quickly to ensure the safety of the operator from falling and inclining. The safefy lock is
of swinging type.

We are factory, with more than 15 year production history in hoisting line.
2.When Can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
3.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, you need pay the express fee, but it will be refundable after order confirmation when your products amount is more than USD10,000.
4.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

2. Lifting height(hook center to ground).
3. Power supply: Voltage.
4. Span(rail center to rail center).
5. Working condition: which material to lift? temprature?
6. Would be better if you have drawings of your plant.
5.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and specification and the season you place the order.
About 10-20days will be finished. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
