Ajowan Oil is basically extracted from the crushed seeds of ajwain through the process of steam distillation. Ajowan is cultivated in the black soil specifically along the riverbank which is throughout Iran, India. In India, Gujarat and Rajasthan are the major ajowan producing states. Ajowan seeds contain mineral, fiber, moisture, calcium, iron, phosphorous, carotene, thiamine, niacin and riboflavin. It blends very well with parsley, sage and thyme. It has a very strong kind of aroma.This oil is highly beneficial for the treatment of skin related problems. Pimples as well as acne are the most common problem faced by everyone.
