Difference between cold press and hot press
cold press
The definition of cold press is that oil seeds are pressed under normal temperature and low temperature.
Cold press oil make sure all kinds of nutrition in the materials are not been damaged.
Cold press oil is also helpful for people’s healthy.
When cooking,cold press oil will generate less cooking fumes than hot press,which can solve the troubles of some housewives.

Hot press
The definition of hot press is that oil seeds are pressed after being heated with high temperature.
Hot press oil is crude oil,which is deep in color and high in acid value.

Hot press has higher oil yield than cold presss,and  has more  fragrant flavour than cold press.
But pressing oil with high temperature may have damage to biologically active form in the oil seed.

Customers can choose press method and oil press machine according the local conditions.

Some countries like hot press,and some countries like cold press.

5.The vacuum filters

All of our oil press machine are equipped with vacuum filters.It can make sure the high purity of the pressed oil. 

The oil filters filtrate the oil because the vacuum pump can form the negative pressure between the inside and the outside of the filter tank.

6.The cake outlet

When use cold press,the material need to be pressed twice to reach the ideal oil yield.
The first pressed oil cake came out from the cake outlet.
And the materials come down from the feed inlet.
The mixture of the oil cake and the materials are delivered in the machine to press through screw conveyor.

7.The inner part of control system
