We can offer CE,GS,CB;LFGB,RoHS.Others if clients demand,it is acceptable for applying for.

4.Is your all items with BPA free? 

BPA free material(PCTG) is optional available.

5. What aout  MOQ?

If customers can accept our packing,such as giftbox and manual,plug is normal(VDE,SAA,BS,USA) can accept 100pcs

If customer have used thier owner giftbox and manual,MOQ is 20”ft.

6.Any other optional color?

Yes, we can offer silver,white,red,black and green,grey etc colors as clients wish.

7.What sort of warranty can you offer?

 We can offer 1% free spare parts 

1 years warranty on AC induction motor

On the other way,more spare parts are available to order extra.

8.What's your production capacity? 

We have 2 production lines for kitchen samll home appliances

current production capacity for items is 25,000pcs per month.

9. How to get a sample to test before placing bulk order? How to pay? And how long i can receive?

Sample is available,The payment via TT , Paypal or West Union all is ok.

The sample is newly-built from our sample dept ,Basically it takes 6 working days.

10.Terms payment

30%TT as deposit,then the balance paid while sending BL.

Or LC at sight.

11.Leading time for bulk order?

Lead time of bulk order is bacisally 25-30 days after deposit received.
