Principle features |
1.Flowmeter way: 1)one flowmeters equipped with one pumps to avoid the traditional type (one pump for many flowmeters) uneven pressure, low accuracy and splash problem of the last finished filling nozzle; 2)Adjustment in dosage is more convenient and quick: volume can be set on touchscreen directly, considered that the lube oil is different in density in various temperature resulting that the volume setting is also different, so we have added an automatic temperature-compensated system. 2.Filling accuracy: Instead of the tranditional computing type of flowmeter through pulse generator, now promoted by our company, adopting Rotary Encoder, more accuracy. Plus 1(1) 3.Filling speed: Instead of traditional power delivery--pressure artesian flow, our machine adopts Frequency Converter to adjust the speed, one pumps equipped with one frequency converters, the efficiency highly raised. The speed can be arbitrarily adjusted on panel.
4.Adjustment: Promoted by our company, the weight of filling can be set on the touchscreen.The equipment adopts automatic compensation system when error occurs. 5.each filling head’s speed of machine can be set on touchscreen. nveyor belt be adjusted by frequency conversion |
