A. Sauce/ Paste Filling Machine:
It is mainly and specially designed for split packaging production of sauce type products on food industry.
Especially suitable for filling packaging various seasoning with particles and concentration larger chili sauce, bean sauce, peanut sauce, sesame paste, jam, butter pot bottom material, viscous butter sauce pot bottom material, oil pot bottom material and other substances
B. Vacuum Screw Capping Part:
This machine is adopted automatic lower cover method, and needn't too much human intervention (Without much human intervention ), automatic lower cover and vacuum screw caps.The whole process of filling and packing is at one go from beginning to end.
Operation process:
Through the bottle from the conveyor belt to the filling station, filling the paste body, and then by the automatic cover, automatic cap, cover tightly and automatically select in advance. And then, vacuum screw capping.
