Our Factory QC department staff have expenrience for 8-10 years at average,being responsible to control quality of products in each procedure with professional scope.
QC 5 steps here for our clients:
1.after order confirmed,we have a meeting with the main people who work for workshop beforeproduction,investigate all the workmanship and some technic problems,ensure all of them have related ways to settle and control.
2.inspect all the materials when arrived,ensure they will match customers' requirements.
3.inspect the semi-finished goods.
4.inspect the finished products.
5.final inspection when packing up all the goods.If there is no any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.

2. Lab dips or SO approval ( to be sent by express courier, like CKE, UPS, Fedex, DHL,etc)

6. Balance payment remit
7. Shipping; Send original documents or tele-release goods
8. quality warranty for 30days after shipment
