A float switch is a device used to sense the level of the liquid in a tank. The float ball of the level sensor will rise or fall with the liquid and when it moves to a certain area, the magnetic force of the magnet inside the float ball will cause the reed switch to turn on, and when it moves away from this certain area, the reed switch will turn off.

Movement Explaination:
A float switch is a device used to sense the level of the liquid in a tank.
When the float ball rises or falls with the liquid, the magnetic force of the magnet that had been set inside the float ball will cause the reed switch to turn on, and when the float ball moves away, the reed switch will turn off.
