1.How do I order from you?
Can you please tell us your inquiry and your request, we can help you everything as much as possible according to your request. We welcome you to come over to visit our factory
2.Can I get some samples before the bulk order?
We ask for sample fee normally but we will reimburse you all the expense when you place the bulk order.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
If it’s the present samples we are having, we can send you immediately; if it’s your own designed samples, we need 7 days to make such samples.
4. Can we place our label on your products?
You can either send us your labels to us we can place for you, or you can send us the label design and then make labels for you then place labels for you.
5. What is your Minimum Order Qty(MOQ)?
Our general MOQ is 1 carton for different items, you can combine multiple items in one 20GP. For special condition, we can talk about the details later.
