The thickess of the alloy layer is around 1.5~3mm. It can only be seen clearly at the end of a barrel.
Bimetallic Methods:
Single barrel--by centrifugal casting;
Conical twin barrel--make grooves at the end then by spray coating;
Parallel twin barrel--use bimetallic linner or make grooves at the end then by spray coating.
Application:
We suggest you the bimetallic barrel if you process the material of fiber glass, wpc, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide ect.
Packing:
We use strong wooden case for export, inner by foam bag.
