Concrete mixing plant
Power Tec concrete mixing plant is intended for concrete and also different classes of the concrete mixtures preparation, which is made from the accessible components such as sand, cement, additions, admixtures, water. The assembly has automatic control opportunity. A dosage, measurement of necessary amount of components, time of interfusion, unloading, can take place by the semi-automatic way or by hand. Concrete mixing can work on the building site, prefabrication as the individual equipment or as the assembling with machines and mechanism for concrete preparation.
Construction and principle of work
Concrete mixing plant is consist from the mixers, bucket with windless, linen, electrical operated bolt, base, control board. Power Tec concrete mixing plant is adjusted for loading, mixing and unloading of a material. The inside of capacity for interfusion is expounded replaceable facings elements from hard-tempered cast-iron in 12 thick and by hardness 300 HB. Unloading of mixer is carried out pneumatically; there is possibility of the hand unloading. The synchronously spinning billows of mixer are equipped 14-16 mixer shovels with replaceable cast-iron facings elements by hardness 300 HB. System of the servo lubrication of the billows. The drive of the mixer is operated by an electric motor through a strap transmission and reducing gear. A platform of mixer is produced from steel.
Mixing system
System for the mixing is produced with the double shaft transmission, drum for the mixing and mixing leafs. Due to such construction we receive advantageous coefficient of the loading, steady mixing, fast homogenization and unloading. The mixer is mounted to the plant base. The drive of the mixers is operated by an electrical motor through the transmission pass and reduction gear. Electrical motor is mounted to the base too. An external part of the mixer is covered by the stable to elimination elements. The system of mixing leafs consists of the specially added shoulders. To the shoulders are mounted mixing leafs and scratchers, which clear the walls of the mixer. Shoulders with mixing leafs and scratchers are specially mounted to the shaft and can execute circulating motions. Such system allows to mixing the components of concrete granulation 60 mm. At the bottom of the mixer is manned the special device for unloading of the prepared concrete mass. A segment executes closing and opening of the unloading hole.
Transport linen
Transport linen is consisted from the two segments. An upper part leans on the mixer and lower ending is mounted to the base. On the top of the mixer is placed the winch of the bucket. The winch is equipped by a brake and two switches (overhead and lower position of bucket). A lower parts of a transport track is in deepening under a bucket.
Bucket
A bucket is made from sheet steel. There is a unloading orifice in the buckets underbody. Unloading of bucket takes place by opening a valve, caused under the action of fist of track. The bucket is hooked by the rope. All wheels have the roller-bearings and are conducted between the shelves of the channels.
Description of the work
Before loading of the components it is needed to turn on the driver of mixers and close a bolt. After the load of bucket is needed to turn on a winch which will transfer it to overhead position of the transport linen, and farther components are given to the mixer. Unloading of the content of the bucket takes place during 3-6 seconds. After 6 - 12 seconds the necessary amount of water is pumped. Mixing of components of the concrete lasts about 25 - 40 seconds. Time of mixing depends on a consistency of concrete mass; time of mixing of the liquid concretes is greater, than plastic. The ready concrete mixture is unloaded through the opened bolt to the proper transport vehicle. All actions are managed by an operator from to the control board. At the mechanical filling of the bucket the whole cycle of preparation of the one portion of the concrete mass must not last longer than 45 - 60 seconds (depending on consistency of concrete mass). The productivity of the concrete mixing plant is reduced at the hand loading of the bucket.
