A:Sure, you can customized the package box, housing(outer shell), interface port, GPS module,3G/4G module and the function of motherboard as you want,the unit price will be different depends on the specification, please contact us kingkie group for more details !
Q7. Can I print my logo on the mini computer?
A:Yes, we can print your logo on the kingkie mini computers /package box by silk print or laser, as you required. Also it can show your LOGO in the BIOS, but this need MOQ and you can get a sample of it.
Q8. How can I choose the specification? Can I add DVD rom on it?
A:Adding DVD is OEM service, it need the R&D charge. We use Intel CPU and Kingston memory from 2GB to 8GB, Biwin SSD from 16GB to 512GB, WD HDD from 500G to 2TB.
Most of our products support dual memory and double hard drive.
Q9. Can your device work 24h*7 days? And what about the temperature range it can operate in?
A:Yes, our computers can work 24h* 7 days. The working temperature is 0°-40°.
This is all thanks to kingkie's fanless design.
Q10. Can you explain your fanless design?
A:CPU is the most heating element in computer. Kingkie use the touching Thermal Grease (on CPU) and aluminium alloy casing to radiate the heat.So the outer casing will be hot when the computer is running.
Pls do not touch it.
Q11. Can this computer support 2 monitors?
A:Yes, all of our computers can support 2 monitors.

Q19. Why we need the external antennas?
A: It's used for strengthen the signal of WIFI.
Kingkie devices are using built-in WIFI. And our outer casing are aluminium alloy.
You know there's a Faraday cage effect for metal casing. So we need to use the external antennas.
Q20. Do you also sell touchscreen all in one pc?
A:Sorry we don’t sell touchscreen all in one pc for now. But if we have any new products, we will launch them quickly.
