Product details:
- High speed homogenizer .might mixing and disperse viscously. Solid and liquid raw material can dissolve material which is hard to dissolve such as AES, AESA LSA during liquid production which can save energy consumption and shorten production the and shorten production period.
- Main adopts stepless timing device which reduce babble occur under low temperature and highviscosity condition less air bubble will be formed to produce liquid washing products.
- Finished products can be discharged by Disc-valve or suitable to all liquid wash products.

Vacuum emulsifying mixing machine a few questions
Q1. Why do we need the water and oil pot for making cream?
A1. The raw materials for making the cosmetics should be deployment inside the oil pot. The water pot is to boil the water ready for production. After the raw materials are deployment well,the machine will be sucked into the main pot to be emulsified in vacuum pot.
Q2. The Stainless steel machine are rusted?
A2. Our machine stainless steel will not be rusted, the reason you can see it because some of the part(not touch with products) is sus316L, cause it is strongger then stainless steel, in order to keep machine running stead.
Q3. What about the machine main electri parts are broken under your guarantee?
A3. We send you a new one to replace right after we confirm the reason, and the DHL or TNT fee is cover by us.
