A:Yes,we can help you to add your logos, even it’s photo or website or others.
2.Q: Which logo effect i can custom?
A:We accept offset printing, screen printing, laser engraving, embossed, sticker, different methods have different effects, so which effect you like?
3.Q:Can we change colors?
A:Yes,if print,you can choose any color from the pantone color book. PMS# colors, We can try our best to get the close color or dye for you.

4.Q:Wha’t the MOQ?
A:No MOQ requested, can be any quantity as your requested.
5.Q:Can i get a quotation?
A:If you have a special request you can simply email us and we will be glad to help you out.
6.Q:What's the mold fee?
We charge a mold fee when you need special customized, so that we need to open new mold according to your sample picture , logo.
7.Q:What’s the sample time and lead time for mass productions?
A:Normally, sample time is about 7-10 days after receipt your details. Lead time for mass productions (5000pcs) is about 15days.
8.Q:What’s the payment term?
A: We can accept for Paypal, Western Union and T/T. Full prepaid for small orders and 30% deposit and balance 70% before shipping for big quantity.
9.Q:What’s the delivery way?
A.We will choose the most suitable international express if your time is urgent or goods not so heavy;
B.We will ship goods by sea of by air if goods are heavy and deliver time is enough;
C.We will ship goods to your warehouse if you have your own freight company.
