Specifactions of vacuum membrane press machine
1.Two automatica movable workbench driving by motors.
2. the workbench surface is made of high strength steel plate which is secondary hardening treatment and non-deformation until 200℃ in an hour.
3. There are 1 vacuum pumps and 2 gas holders can vacuumize quickly,the maximum ultimate vacuum is -0.1 mpa.
4. The heating pipes are metal in good quality,reheating by aluminum plate,and bottom-heating,surrounded by auxiliary heating,evenly, there isnot orange peel lines, bubble, etc.in the surface, and heating box uses the sole insulation technology, thermal insulation and prevent accidental burns.
5.This machine is widely used in cabinet doors, wardrobe,wood composite door etc, can also be used to lamiante sliding door with soft package or wooden veneer (with silicon sheet), especially for hot stamping and heat transfer processing.
