Description: Roller Coater (Precision) Introduction: This machine specially designed for coating the wooden flooring and furniture top materials. The coating thickness is thin, it decreases the working cost. It adopts the imported motor and transducer to adjust the speed of the conveying belt and coating roller accurately. The two coating roller could be adjusted and removed independently. The machine adopts counter reading so that making the operating simply. To set the thickness limitation to avoid the thicker boards be conveyed in to the machine. For emergency, the coating roller could be moved up automatically to protect the roller. The pressing roller and scraper could be adjusted according to particular purpose. The excess paint could be recycled by the recycle set.
