Detailed Product Description
This machine can slit and rewind nearly all kinds of nonwoven fabrics, paper, film,etc. It has high running speed and stability.
1. Request of machine: slitting, length counting and rewinding.
2. Maximum width of raw material is 1750mm; maximum diameter of raw material is 1100mm.
3. The device has automatically stopping function (infrared ray), power is 3.5kw.
4. Rewinding roller has stepless device which can adjust the rewinding speed.
5. Feeding part has broad strap synchronous transferring device, and equipped with stepless tension adjusting device.
6. The maximum producing speed is about 100m-150m/minute (depends on different raw materials.)
7. The rewinding roller has pneumatic pressing device. It is equipped with two pneumatic expanding rollers, one is for unwinding, and the other one is for rewinding.
8. Slitting width can be adjusted. The maximum diameter of product is 1100mm.
9. The machine has 6 high precision oxygenation aluminum alloy crinkle-removing rollers.
10. The device uses stepless device to adjust the working speed. It is equipped with 10 sets slitting knives which can adjust the slitting width freely.
11. The device uses newest pneumatic slitting system and is equipped with automatic knife lifting, left and right moving units.
12. The machine has 10 cylinders and 1 set automatic feeding device.
13. The device uses imported transducer to control the speed. It has reasonable electronic wire layout. It is easily and safely operated.
14. The machine has two tension adjusting devices. It can make core or non-core products, perforating or non-perforating rewinding. It has rewinding looseness adjusting device.
15. The whole machine is made of international standard steel and iron. Use rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the device. All the bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the device had good jointing and the size is precise. Bracket is fixed strongly. Strap wheel, gears and all the driving parts are centrosymmetric. The main gears are easily adjusted to promise the stable running of the device. We promise the paint will not drop in two years.
16. All the standard screws use good 45# and inner hexagon screws. We use stainless steel to make the parts which can affect the products’ sanitary and quality. All the electroplating parts are electroplated twice to promise the fine surface of the machine. We promise the machine will not be rusted in 2 years.
