Operation Instruction: Place the cooling bowl in a freezer, and leave it there for 8-12 hours
Fit the power unit into the lid, It will click into place. Fit the paddle into the power unit.
 Take the cooling bowl out from the freezer and put the cooling bowl into the outer bowl.
 Lower the assembled lid/power unit/paddle onto the bowl and turn clockwise to lock into position.
Switch on the ice cream maker using the on/off button switch on.
 Add the ice cream or sorbet mixture by pouring it through the filling hole in the lid.
Set the paddle to churn the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.
This can take up to 20 to 40 minutes, but most recipes will be ready in less time.
Once the ice cream is ready, switch off the machine and remove the lid.
