design format: Adobe Illustrator is the best(must be source file), in the second place, PDF, CDR, PSD.
Bleed size: 3-5 mm
resolution: 300 DPI

E: How many days for samples & how many days for production
Answer:
sample time: 5-7 days after design confirmed.
Production time: 10 days(3000-20000 pcs), 20 days(30000-50000 pcs).

F: How do you pack the goods?
Answer:
normal packing: 100 pcs/carton, inside with PE inner bag for water proof, 5 layer strengthened corrugated carton or as per your requirement.
