Q1:What’s the MOQ, can I buy 1 sample piece at the first time?
Re: You can buy 1 sample piece for the 1st time, different products have different MOQ, please kindly consult our professional service staff case by case.
Q2:What’sthe delivery time?
Re: Normally 20-30days after getting deposit.
Q3:What’s the payment method?
Re: TT and L/C are acceptable, we prefer 30% TT deposit in advance, and 70% balance before shipment.
Q4: How to release customization order?
Re: There are 3 steps to go:
a. Contact our sales staffs and tell us your detail requirements.
b. We’ll quote for your unique need on a honest and fair base.
c. After the quotation step, you need pay a design fee at about 2% of the total order amount, then our design engineers will start the drawing and design, they will send you the newly revised plan, you can see the design in 3D, from any angle or location, inside or outside. This service cost can be deducted when your final PO released and we got the deposit from you.
Q5: There is no price list on the website?
