This Sakura-Stitch cushion sewing machine type S-CS900 is mainly used for sewing round stitch or tacking on thick cushions, futons, pillows. With the height adjustable machine head that is pneumatically controlled, it offers very convenient operation process to the operator. The feeding of the thick cushion will become very much easier.
The machine is adopting a gantry-style for allowing easy reach to all tacking spot on the cushions. The length and size of the gantry can be made to order depending on different sizes of application. Standard gantry size is 900mm wide.
Very simple operation and high efficiency. Round stitch pattern and Tacking pattern can be easily chosen from the control panel. Diameter of the stitch is programmable.
