Corrugated board, also called pressure plate, with color coated steel, galvanized sheet metal plate by roll cold-formed into a variety of wave pressure plate, which is suitable for industrial and civil buildings, warehouse, special construction, large span steel house roof, walls and interior and exterior decoration. Has many characteristics such as light weight, high strength, rich luster, convenient construction, earthquake, fire prevention, waterproof, long service life, maintenance free, etc., has been widely applied.

On the market,most of corrugated board are cold-rolled sheet steel,after galvanized zinc or aluminium, paint layer to suppress into finished products and the width is generally 600-1200mm, dedicated to building roof, walls retaining plate.

According to the application of parts,wave height,lap joint structure and different material, there are many types of classification.Some classification is as follows:

(1) According to the site classification, divided into the roof panel, wall panel and ceiling board, etc.At the same time of using corrugated plate, using color steel plate do some wall decoration to make the building’s decoration effect looks new and unique .

(2) According to the wave height classification,divided into high reflection plate (wave height 70 mm or higher), medium plate (wave height < 70 mm) and low wave plate (wave height < 30 mm)

(3) According to the base material classification, divided into hot dipped galvanized substrate, hot dip aluminum zinc and hot galvanizing substrate, etc.

(4) According to plate joint structure classification, divided into lap joints structure mode, bite edge and withhold structure, etc. In one of the bite edge, withhold, takanami plate with higher requirements dedicated to waterproof roof board; Lap of medium and high reflection plate galvanized sheet dedicated to floor coverings;Lap of low wave plate better used as wall panel.
