User Instructions:
1. Download APP by Scan
2. Plug TV tuner to the Micro USB of your Phone / Pad
3. Open App on your Phone / Pad
4. Click setting-Scan Channels
5. Click Scan (If showing country is not same as your living, you need set it right first, then re-plug TV tuner
6. Few minutes later you will get TV channels, and then back to main interface, click live TV, you can enjoy the TV

A2: The Express cost depends on the Quantity, Gross Weight, the Shipment Destination and the Shipping Methods you choose.
Q3: How long will I receive my order?
A3: DHL/UPS/FedEx Express usually takes about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it's about 5-8 working days by EMS or TNT. Hongkong Post Air Mail and Singapore Post Air Parcel take 10 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.
