Summarize
This machine belongs to four roller plate rolling machine. It’s for pre-bending and rolling of barrels used
on pressure vessels and other industry. It has the ability of rough straightening and round rolling as
well.
The top roller is used as main drive. It’s hydraulic driven. It drives the bottom roller and side rollers
through the friction between the plate and the roller, and thus to provide rolling torque. The lifting
of the bottom roller, the two side rollers, tilting frame, and the backup roller is through hydraulic.
The pre-bending of plate end is achieve by lifting the bottom roller and clamping the plate end,
meanwhile, inclined lifting the side rollers. The advantage of end plate bending (pre-bending)
and rolling can be conducted on the same machine.
Structure and main parts
This equipment composed of work frame, upper roll device, main drive device, down roll device, side roll
device, overturn device, hydraulic system (parts), electricity system (parts), and lubricate device.
