Gantry CNC drilling machine is mainly used for drilling and light milling for tube and plate type parts.
Construction of machine
1,machine mainly composed by the machine bed, table, gantry, power head, CNC system, cooling system and other components.
2,gantry cnc drilling machine use this type: gantry move and machine body, worktable fixed.
3, machine body, gantry is welded parts, high temperature annealing before process, second time annealing after half precision process to remove inner stress, to ensure the machine high precision and stable, process T slots from overal cast iron bed, ensure the worktable precision.
4, gantry cnc drilling machine has three cnc axis, machine body has heavy type liner guide rail, worktable can do longitudinal movement ( x axis ), the gantry beam is also equipped with linear guides, side plate make horizontal movement ( Y axis ), the slide plate has slider, power head has rail, power head make vertical movement on slide plate ( z axis ), x, z axis use cnc motor and ball screw, Y use drive.
5,Power head spindle with precision drilling spindle, frequency spindle motor, variable speed as needed. Clamping spindle drill or milling through ER32 chuck, drill swing can be controlled at 0.002, higher precision, high-speed cutting.
6, water-cooled machine, with coolant supply, recovery, recycling system, equipped with automatic oil lubrication system to ensure the smooth and effective working long linear guides and ball screws.
7, using the Adtech CNC drilling and milling professional engraving system, equipped with an RS232 interface and color display, Chinese operation interface, field / external USB input of the workpiece, easy to operate, equipped with high-speed digital hand wheel, make your operation more convenient .
8, machine x, y-axis rails are equipped with shields and screw. X-axis y-axis with organ type shield.
