Follow the standards:

  • IEC 61300-2-38 Method A
  • IEC 60068-2-17 Test Qc No leakage under testing condition:
  • Pressures: (40 ± 2) kPa
  • Temperature: (23 ± 3)℃
  • Testing duration: 15 minutes
  • Testing deepness: place the whole closure into water.

Qualification

Hoarfrost testing

Follow the standards:

  • IEC 61300-2-26 Method A
  • IEC 60068-2-11 Test Ka Ensuring no leakage and the cover of closure is not broken, color is not changed, eroded under testing condition:
  • Pressures: 0 kPa
  • Temperature: (35 ± 2)℃
  • Testing duration: 5 days
  • Place closure in the water environment with NaCl’s concentration of 5%.

Qualification

Drop testing

Follow the standards:

  • IEC 61300-2-10 Method A Ensuring no leakage under testing condition:
  • Drop length: 75cm
  • Temperature: (45 ± 2)℃
  • Drop count: 1 time

Qualification

Vibration testing

Follow the standards:

  • IEC 61300-2-1
  • IEC 60068-2-6 Test Fc Ensuring no leakage under testing condition:
  • Vibration frequency: 10 Hz.
  • Amplitude: ≥ 6 mm (peak to peak)
  • Testing duration: 28 hours

  • Can install splitters to the closure (if there is special requirement).
  • For some small capacity closure (under 48 cores) used for Branching to subscribers can require for ODF mini and integrate splitters inside.
  • The closure cover can sustain affect of ultraviolet ray without broken or changing color.
