JPTJ mobile gold panning vehicle series are our company’s latest products mainly used for sand gold extraction.
We have gotten two national patents on mobile gold panning vehicle which can also be called mobile gold panning machine, mobile gold panning equipment and mobile gold panning machinery etc.
The components of our product include feeder hopper, scrubbing canister, non-axle trommel, chute, shaking chute, centrifugal machine etc.. Different extracting equipments are for different ore bodies. Electromotor drives the trommel and the pump. Waterway system is complete and clients can adjust water size by valve.
The sand gold ore processing capacity is 40 to 500 tons per hour and its characteristics are as follows:

The shaking chute, fixed chute or centrifugal machine can be matched according to spot ore body type and clients’ requirements.

It solves the screen jam problem occuring in the processing of screening the wet materisls when using the circular vibrating screen and straight line screen, improving output and reliability of the screen system, our products have won good appraises from many users, and have PATENT bith in utility and design.

The machine consists of motor, decelerator, rotordrive, chassis, seal cap, inlet and out let. Material feeds into the drum, is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.
