Under normal circumstances, the valve opens the valve, air flows through the shunt valve, one-wayvalve into the air injection manifold. Its role is: air injection manifold air flow will besprayed into the engine exhaust hole or exhaust manifold, exhaust gas in thereaction with HC, Co, to make it further into CO2 and water vapor, so as to reduce the exhaust pollution.
