Product Introduction
Wafer Butterfly Non-return Valve is designed to operate with the minimum of flow restriction. The product has good non-return performance ,safety and low flow resistance coefficient ,which is used widely for petroleum processing ,chemical engineering ,food ,medicine ,textile ,paper making ,water supply ,metallurgy and energy engineering systems ,using as valves.
Product Features
(1) Small in volume and light in weight. Compact construction and easy maintenance.
(2) Dual discs can close quickly automatically acting on the elastic torque.
(3) The action of quick close can ward off media’ flow backwards and eliminate obviously water hammer action.
(4) Small body construction length dimension ,good rigidity and safety.
(5) The twin spring loaded half disc operate with the pipeline flow and reseal back against the rubber disc seating providing a positive shut off against any back flow . The resilient seating prevent a slamming action.
(6) Natural Rubber sealing with no leakage under the pressure test.
(7) These valves can be supplied to match the international standards of flange (DIN,ANSI,JIS & BS) .
