Mechanical agitating flotation cell with auto air suction
SF Type Flotation Machine is a new flotation device with dual functions of pulp suction and flotation.
SF Type Flotation Machine is mainly composed of trough, spindle unit with impellers, electric machine, scraper, gearing, etc. For those with capacities over 10m3, nozzle and false bottom are equipped. This type of flotation machine boasts reasonable structure, reliable operation and better performance as compared with other flotation machine with pulp suction capacity. The structure is as follows:
1 Motor 2 Bearing Body 3 Central cylinder
4Tank 5 Impeller 6 Stator 7 Nozzle
1. Large air suction amount and little energy consumption;
2. With the capacities of auto air suction and auto pulp suction; horizontal configuration; requiring no foam pump;
3. Low peripheral speed of impellers; long service life of easily wore parts; large gap between impellers and covers; increased gap between impellers and covers due to abrasion has little effect to the air suction amount;
4.Pulp within the trough carries out upwards and downwards circulation according to fixed direction flow, which is beneficial for the suspension of fine and raw mineral.
