Aquaspin pivot irrigation system
“Aquaspin” center pivot irrigation system is suitable for large-area irrigation, being economic, efficient, sturdy, durable and easy to handle. The long and multi-spans spin around the fixed center to irrigate the land circularly. The irrigation diameter can reach 1000 meters long.
Working diagram:
1.Pivot tower
Sturdy structure on four legs with broad support; pivot tower angle 108*108; C-profile for increased structural strength; broad support plates with large support surface area; entire pivot tower is hot dip galvanized; double lip seal for no leakage.
2.Drive towers-wheel base
Drive tower bracing angle 100*75 for high torsion resistance; large-dimension wheel base drive tower heights for optimum adjustment to different crops; wheel base brackets with bracing; highly stable stand thanks to extremely wide wheel base; permissible slope: up to 15%.
3. Gear motor
High-torque motor with thermal overload protection; enclosed moisture-proof motor; high-efficiency spur gear; shaft seal with specific dirt- repellent profile; type: 40:1(0.55kw;0.75kw;0.9kw;1.1kw)
4. Spans-trussing
2 tube diameters for wide application range (50 to 300m3/h),optimum adjustment for lower operating cost; uniform tube length of 5.85m for easy assembly and transportation
5. Sprinklers
Elaborate combination of different sprinklers makes the water better distributed, advancing the efficiency of irrigation. Both the low- pressure deflector type spray nozzle and Rotator are with high wind resistance and meet the requirements even in windy conditions.
