High efficiency hydrocyclone group separator for mining
Cyclone is mainly used in the mineral processing for classification, sorting, concentration and desliming, etc. It is non-power equipment, which is pumped the materials to the cyclone, due to a certain pressure to separate materials in different proportions.

The characteristics of hydrocyclone: a. simple structure, flexible and light. b. Low-cost, easy disassembly and maintenance, occupying small space, little foundation fee. c. Large capacity in unit volume d. The overflow size can be 10μm. e. Higher efficiency, etc.
1, Feeding particle max. size3mm;
2, Feeding pressure: 0.03-0.25MPa;
3, Separation particle size :40-100μm;
4,Capacity (flow rate) 60m ³ / h;
5,Pump requirement: choose Slurry pump or slime pump, flow rate > 30% of the cyclone flow can be equipped with valves control ;
6,Installing pressure gauge in the cyclone feed Department, , pressure can not be less than 0.05MPa, can not be higher than 0.3 MPa;
Usually used in the following similiar process of gold,silver,copper, lead zinc, molybdenum and so on.
