Introduction(Automatic Liquid Filling Machine):
The series injection type/normal pressure gravity type dual-use filling machine is a high-tech product researched and developed by our company. It is suitable for products of various viscosity such as water injection, semi-fluid and ointment etc. It is widely applied for filling of products in such industries as food, cosmetics, medicine, grease, daily chemical industry, detergent, pesticide and chemical industry etc. By adopting straight line filling mode, it can be used to fill solutions of different types without the need of adding any spare parts.
Main Features(Automatic Liquid Filling Machine):
With 8 filling heads and 8 cylinders, quick and accurate filling possible.
With Germany FESTO and Taiwan’s AirTac pneumatic elements and Taiwan’s electrical control parts adopted, its performance is stable.
Quality guaranteed by employing Korean AUTONICS photoelectric eyes, Taiwan’s PLC, touchable screen and frequency inverter, and Schneider Electric Co.’ electrical elements.
Compact design, attractive appearance, convenient installation and filling adjustment, no missed filling and accurate filling dosage with a counter provided. Closure head preventing leakage and wire-drawing, filling elevating system preventing high froths, bottle top positioning system and liquid level control system provided.
