DZH-120C Automatic Cartoning Machine
DZH-120Cmulti-functional cartoner is a new packaging machine for solid Al/PVC or Al/Al
blisters cartoner, which is developed and designed by ourselves according to
our years experiences and expectations and requirements of leechdom industry,
absorbing the excellence of same machines China and abroad.
Characteristics:
1. This machine integrates mechanic,electric, optic and pneumatic technology into a consummate system, driving by
servo motor which with high quality, stable running and exact orientation,strap transmission, no need any lubricant;
2. Outspread of box adopts gear transmission,planet wheel work principle, driving continuously by motor, vacuum sucks box,program control, which realize the functions of box sucking, drawing out andoutspread and put into positions etc.
3. Easy to adjust when change box size;
4. Simple structure, stable and high speed running, vacuum controlled, adjustable time which is better in China, is our
new self-designed patent mechanism;
5. Manual sheet fold automatically, box open automatically and manual sheet and box encasing automatically too. Lot number printing on box (steel letter or ink spray),credible checking system, eliminate empty box and finished products export.
