Brief Introduction:
SS-1827 ultrasonic bottle washing machine is applied for ampoule,penicillin bottles,infusion bottles ,etc ,whose outer diameter are 10-30mm
1 Bottle feeding is in bulk.simple and pratical.
2.Adopt mechanical gripper to hold bottle in different size.
3.Bottle washing is followed one by one to insert into to ensure washing quality and low comsumption of water and air
4.Adopt PLC control and touch screen for display and operation.
Operating Theory:
The bottles in bulk are putted into ultrasonic washing tank by bottle unscramber.After ultrasonic washing about 80 seconds, the bottles are delivered to lifting driver wheel by bottles feeding spiral and into a big drum,clamped by a manipulator and turn over for 180°(bottle downward)and clockwise rotated along with the big rotating disk.Six groups pipes under the big rotating disk, which are equipped with jet needles, tracks and inserts into the bottles and completes the washing for inside bottles according to precedure:twice circulating water,one time compressed air,one time fresh water,and twice purified compressed air.Meantime,completes the spraying for outside bottles,Hereby,the bottle washing technology is completed.Washed bottles are turned over for 180°again (bottles upward)by manipulator and fed into a tunnel oven by drive disk .This machine can control the productive capapacity by frequency conversion,PLC control and adjustment of the sequential coordination of each washing procedure.
