In order to improve environmental protection to meet modern civilized construction, our company use specially designed outer packaging such as colored armor plate or heat-preserving decoration plate for the main parts of batching floor, mixing floor and so on. It can avoid dust and reduce noise, at the same time, it makes the mixing plant's structure nice and beautiful.

Discharging floor can be de designed as discharging funnel, discharging slippery trough; it is convenient to load on ordinary truck, heavy engineering truck, cement mixing conveying truck, cement conveying pump, etc.

Technical Parameters

Advantages:

1.High capacity: Pneumatic conveying is obviously faster than bucket elevators. The mixing time for one batch is about 5 minutes and the capacity of packaging machine is about 8-10t/h;
2.Less dust: Pneumatic conveying determines the plant with good sealing property. The superiority of pulsed jet cloth filter is that it can release the dust into products, no wasted materials;
3.Less material remains: some material remains at the bottom of the bucket elevators,but there is no such problems in this plant. The high pressure pushes all the materials into the hoppers.
