New radiant floor heat transfer plate, 200 piece lot. we also have custom box lots and can produce then in any size between 2' and 4'. the plate are 5" inches wide and 48" long. 1/2" pex or other poly tubing pushes into the center channel for a tight heat distribution fit.
samples can be supplied for testing for free.
we have thousands on hand and can produce order within 5 working days.
1. our plates are omega-shaped, not "v" or "U"-shaped like others, and allow to snap in PEX pipe during installation. This channel shaped offers more contact with tubing than U-shaped plates and has a better heat transfer.
2. 10% wider(5" vs 4.5") and nearly 20% thicker than competitions.
3. Increase Radiant floor heating system's efficiency and response time.
