General information:
Tension Sets are intended for connecting ADSS cable and poles. Aluminum Clad Steel wires can protect and provide cushioning to the ADSS cable. The special design of preformed rods makes ensure that Tension Sets can not cause undue stress to the ADSS cable. As a result, the normal lifetime of cable system is ensured.
Structure and Material:
1.Shackle--Hot dipped galvanized steel. Shackle is connected with Reinforcing Pole/Tower units.
2.Thimble -- Hot galvanized cast steel is plugged in shackle for protection and connection dead end rods.Thimble and avoiding Tension set exit close to poles. It is sure that the cable has enough winding radius.
3. Dead end Rods--Rods are made from Aluminum clad steel, are assembled into one subset with a layer of firm emery inside, in order to increase gripping power of Tension Sets while decreasing side pressure. Sets are color marked to reduce misalignment errors and to speed installation.
