Jiangsu Shangchi Group Co., Ltd. was established in Jan. 1995 invested in by Shanghai Auto Group Shanghai Gear Works and Jiangsu Liyang Gear Company.

We attained ISO9002 Quality System certificate in 1998. We successfully attained ISO9001:2002 Quality System certificate in Apr. 2002. We attained ISO/TS16949:2002 version Quality System certificate in Jul. 2004. 

Our company specializes in manufacturing spiral bevel gears which are used in the rear axles of automobiles and engineering vehicles and the cylindrical gears used in transmission cases. Our company has more than 400 sets of main production and inspection equipment, about half of which come from Gleason Co. (the USA). Our annual production capacity: 800,000 sets of spiral bevel gears and 800,000 pieces of cylindrical gears.
