Product introduction:
Automatic pineapple juice bottling machine---The pineapple juice bottling machine was used for hot bottling for green tea, black tea, wulong tea, juice, juice drink, fruit juice, juice beverage,milk, milk drink and so on non-gas liquid. The pineapple juice bottling machine is combined with bottle washing, hot bottling and capping in one body. The whole process is automatic. It is suitable for PET bottle and plastic bottle to fill juice, mineral water, pure water, if add temperature control device, even for hot filling. The adjustment for bottle type of each unit is fulfilled by turning handle; it is simple, easy and quick. The filling method applies new micro pressure bottling so that the filling speed becomes more quick and stable. Compared with similar machines, it has higher yield, more benefit. The machine applies advance Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control machine’s auto-running, the input bottle chain way changes its speed by frequency converter. Cooperate more stable and reliable.
Our pineapple juice bottling machine features:
1. The machine applies advance Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control machine’s auto-running
2. With lubricating oil automatic filling device
3. Washing part: Spray bottle by bottle clamp and machine hand and complete with rotating sealing inner and outer washing, backwater device
4.Capping part: Magnetic torsion tooth screw capping head, when the torque force more than the adjusted magnetic, the capping head will slip. Ensure screw tighten not hurt cap.
5.Starwheel with safeguard and alarm device, no bottle not bottling , no cap not capping
