Introduction of glass bottle cap sealing machine:
Automatic glass bottle cap sealing machine was used for sealing aluminium cap on glass bottle.
It was used for white spirit, wine, tea and so on, and the bottle is glass bottle.
It can compose with rinsing machine, filling machine to become into one production line.
Features of glass bottle cap sealing machine :
1.The machine consists of bottle conveying structure, cap arranging structure, bottle nipping structure, cap screwing structure and electric control system.
It features high automation, reasonable design, tight structure and convenient operation;
2. The frame and body of machine are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel with good appearance and easy cleanliness, in conformity with food hygiene standards;
3. Using rub type screw cap makes it own a reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, high working efficiency and helps solve some disadvantages such as skidding and attrition of caps;
4. The interval and height of the screwing structure can be adjusted quickly to adapt different types of bottles and caps;
5. The cap conveying structure is equipped with a photoelectric sensing device to make sure its safety of" starting when no cap; shutting up when full of caps.' In this way, the machine can run more stable and reliable.
