Automatic Metal Cover Sealing Machine
Product introduction:
Automatic Metal Cover Sealing Machine---the metal bottle cover sealing machine is the automatic capping and sealing equipment for glass bottled tea, juice, wine and other liquid with metal screw caps. It is an ideal equipment for small factory. Metal bottle caps are loaded in the sorting machine. It will arrange caps automatically and then caps are droped down alone the track. There is a cap leading device to make the caps right in the capping mold.
In addition, capping machine can be automatically delete caps which are demaged or upside down. There is the capping mold installed in the capping head. The capping mold will not demage the caps. When glass bottles are rotated to the capping position by star-wheel and belt conveyor, the machine will automatically seal bottles.
The capping molds and star-wheels can be changed according to the bottle size.
Automatic metal cover sealing machine:
1. The capping machine can be automatically delete caps which are demaged or upside down.
